Biography
Ties Ruber (born 1 July 2006) is a Dutch filmmaker, writer and editor currently studying Film at HKU (Utrecht School of the Arts). His work blends humor, personal themes and stylized storytelling, often exploring growing up, identity and everyday life. He began directing short films in 2025 with "Postpone" and "Offbeat", followed by "Een Kleine Introductie" (2026), which earned him admission to HKU. He continues to develop independent films and collaborate with emerging filmmakers.
